• Realizing what you have internalized about how you experience and express your sexuality; discarding what is not working for you and exploring what will work for you. Getting curious about the connection of experiencing safety and maximizing pleasure.

• You are CURIOUS about your experience and realize you will continue to grow, change and evolve throughout the entirety of your life.
